Two growing boys and then surprise! With the addition of our twins, we realized that we would need more room! We had used another agent in the past that was now retired, but there wasn't a moments hesitation in who we would choose to help us with selling our current home and our search for a new one. We've known Kit for years! since she had become a Realtor, about 5 years ago we started receiving her marketing materials in the mail. And we knew that we would be in good hands. We were also very impressed with what she did to market our home. She uses a Virtual Tour an the MLS so that agents can see more of the home and have something more to show their clients. We realized what a benefit this was when we started searching for our next home, and a few still shots were all we could view. We also think that the Information Hotline is such a great way to describe the house to those buyers that would drive by. Let's put it this way... when our home went under contract in just 3 days, we had to put it in high gear in the search for our next home. But, there was Kit, working all the details out on the contract on our current home, all the while showing us any of the homes that fit our criteria. Kit never missed a beat! As long as we are buying and selling and Kit is a Realtor, she will be OUR Realtor!
